At Mission Performance, we believe performance training should be personal. We start by learning who you are, how you operate, and where you want to go through assessments, intake conversations, and goal clarification. From there, we guide you through our three-part framework — Mission, Mindset, and Discipline — helping you build the clarity, skills, and habits needed to unlock what’s possible.
The framework
MISSION
Mission gives your performance direction. We help you clarify who you are, what you value, where you want to go, and why it matters. This includes your beliefs, principles, vision, personal philosophy, and purpose.
MINDSET
Mindset shapes how you respond. We train research-backed psychological skills such as confidence, attention control, optimism, grit, trust, and emotional regulation so you can perform with greater clarity and consistency.
DISCIPLINE
Discipline turns purpose into progress. We focus on the habits, routines, and daily choices that support growth — including preparation, recovery, sleep, fueling, goal setting, physical training, and mastery of craft. The goal is to build habits today that support the dreams that you have for tomorrow.

“I learned a lot about myself. I was able to recognize the growth that I have experienced over the past three years and how that has positively affected my mental and emotional performance. Making an action plan for how to accomplish my goals was beneficial and the work we did regarding my beliefs definitely makes me want to be the best version of myself. The entire process was transformational!"

"Over the last five weeks, I’ve learned a lot about myself as both an athlete and a person. Understanding how I react in different situations, how to set goals that I can actually achieve, and how my beliefs and self-talk affect my performance has really changed my mindset. I feel more confident going forward, and I have tools that I’ll continue to use throughout my volleyball career."
